IT disruptions at Nobina – traffic back to normal
Early this morning, 10th of February, Nobina experienced a major IT disruption that affected internal systems and caused delays in parts of the traffic. The issue was linked to disruptions in Nobina’s data centers.
A temporary solution has now been implemented, and nearly all traffic is running as normal again. Meanwhile, we are working intensively to fully understand the cause of the issue and restore systems to full functionality.
“After a challenging morning, we can now confirm that almost all traffic is back to normal. I understand that this has impacted our passengers and fully acknowledge the inconvenience this may have caused. Our focus now is on ensuring stable and reliable operations going forward”, says Henrik Dagnäs, CEO of Nobina.
The disruption affected all of Nobina’s operations in the Nordic region, but the impact on traffic varied between different areas. While some areas had to cancel trips this morning, others were able to continue operating with minimal disruption.
All of Nobina’s safety systems remained unaffected.
