Our offerings and services

We mainly work with what is usually called special public transport. This is the collective name for the transport services, national transport service, sick trips and school transport. The purpose of this transport is to give travellers who, for various reasons, find it difficult to travel on public transport equal opportunities to travel to, for example, schools, daily activities, workplaces and leisure activities.

On demand service traffic

We offer transport services and medical travel to people who have been granted permission to travel. The operation is often referred to as Serviceresor. Some of the transport is carried out with specially adapted vehicles with space for wheelchairs and other aids, or horizontal transport with a stretcher. In Stockholm, the transport service with specialised vehicles is called Rullstolstaxi. Travellers can choose their own provider.

Scheduled service traffic

On behalf of municipalities and regions, Nobina Care also performs regular and scheduled journeys, such as school transport and care journeys. The trips include everything from children with the right to adapted schooling, or children who have long distances between school and home. Care travel covers children, adults and elderly people who need help with transport to various daily activities.

Home care

Nobina Care also offers home care services through its subsidiary Anja and Dennis, which is authorised to operate under the Social Services Act. Home care typically includes personal care, cleaning, shopping and other household chores in people's homes, as well as assistance with social activities or walking. This enables people to continue living at home.
Nobina Care has a strong tradition and great interest in combining good care with well-functioning logistics. This gives us good opportunities to help society meet the challenge of an ageing population that requires both high-quality care and high resource efficiency.
